Product Overview

The JLG-III series hot air furnace is a high-efficiency heat source equipment developed by Wangu Machinery for grain dryers. It features a mechanized chain grate structure supporting seven fuel types: coal, rice husk, biomass, gas, LPG, diesel and steam. Heat supply ranges from 600,000 to 9,600,000 kcal/h with outlet air temperature up to 700°C and exhaust temperature as low as 110–125°C.

Working Principle & Structure

     The JLG-III series uses a combined heat exchange structure. Fuel burns uniformly on a mechanized chain grate, generating high-temperature flue gas that heats fresh air through a heat exchanger to the target temperature. Clean hot air is output for drying equipment, while flue gas is dedusted through a gravity settling chamber before low-temperature emission.
